A little bit about Kim Bauer: I have been a policyholder of Arlington Mutual since the early 1990's. During my life, I've been involved in developing residential lots, construction and rental properties. I also worked for the Columbia County Healthcare Center for more than 35 years, as the Director of Facility Engineering. I am a lifetime member of Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Assn. I served as President of the state association and two terms as President of Chapter 2. I have served on the Arlington Mutual board for many years as a director and now as the Board President. We live in the Village of Wyocena. I have been on the Village of Wyocena Board of Directors for 12+ years. And currently serve as the Village President. I have been married to my beautiful wife Pam since 1993 and we have 3 children.

Hello, I am Ed Kasanders. I have been a small business owner and entrepreneur my whole life. My experience is in helping companies grow, developing new business, building a brand and creating operating procedures for the long-term.

I have been an Arlington Mutual policyholder since 2013, and have served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer since 2020. I am a licensed CPA in Wisconsin, and have 20 years of accounting and audit experience, including nine years in the insurance industry. I have also taught undergraduate and graduate level accounting courses since 2016. My wife and I live in Sun Prairie with our three kids.

My name is Trent Schuster and I am an accountant for a commercial printing and design company. I was elected to the Arlington Mutual Board of Directors in February 2021 and I have been a policy holder since August 2012. Born and raised in Poynette, WI, hunting, fishing and camping are some of my favorite outdoor activities along with curling in the winter and a round of golf in the summer.

I have been insured by Arlington Mutual Insurance since 1976 when I purchased my first piece of farm equipment for our family farm. I began to serve on the AMI Board of Directors in 2014 and served as board President from 2015 to 2024. I attended continuing education classes both in person and online and received my FMDC Farm Mutual Director Certification in 2023. I like to modify things to make them better. I enjoy farming, music, watching Badger and Packer football, traveling with our RV, sitting around the campfire with my wife, family and friends. My wife Peggy and I farm near Waunakee. We have two sons, three grandchildren and I love being a Grandpa.
